Every website order is a request. Delivery is arranged after Shahbaz Ali confirms your order, and delivery charges are always confirmed before dispatch — they are never assumed to be free.
Pickup from the shop
Collect from Shop #4, Ground Floor, Tang Bazzar, Naik Center, Akbari Mandi, Lahore. Please call or WhatsApp before you come so the order is packed and ready.
Delivery
Delivery within Lahore and to other cities (by courier or goods transport) is arranged after confirmation. Charges depend on your area, the weight of the order and the transport used.

If a zone shows no fixed charge, the seller will tell you the exact amount by call or WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
Dispatch timing depends on stock and confirmation. A requested delivery date on the order form is treated as a request only.
Loose goods such as spices, dry fruits and pulses are weighed and packed at the shop in the pack sizes you ordered.
