Retail orders placed through checkout include free delivery in Pakistan. Wholesale quotes and products marked “Request Price” remain separate enquiries.
Pickup from the shop
Collect from Shop #4, Ground Floor, Tang Bazzar, Naik Center, Akbari Mandi, Lahore. Please call or WhatsApp before you come so the order is packed and ready.
Delivery
For a priced retail order, choose cash on delivery at checkout. Delivery in Pakistan is free and the complete order total is confirmed online before you place the order.
Retail checkout adds no delivery charge. Any separate wholesale transport arrangements are included in your quotation before you accept it.
Estimated retail delivery is 2 working days: 1 working day for handling and 1 for transit. Working days are Monday–Saturday, with a 2 pm Pakistan time order cutoff. Orders received later or on Sunday count from the next working day. Wholesale dispatch timing is agreed with your quotation.
Loose goods such as spices, dry fruits and pulses are weighed and packed at the shop in the pack sizes you ordered.
