Privacy policy
This policy explains what Akbari Mandi Lahore collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you send an order or quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, optional email, business name, city and delivery address, your notes and the items you selected. We also store a hashed form of your IP address and your browser type to prevent abuse.
How it is used
Your details are used only to confirm and fulfil your request, to contact you about it by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email, and to keep an order record. With your separate consent we may send offers and price updates; you can withdraw that consent at any time by message.
Cart and preferences
Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so that it survives page reloads and language switches. Selected product identifiers and quantities are sent to our website to check current prices and availability before checkout.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics or Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. With consent, Google Analytics uses cookie and browser/device identifiers to measure page views, product activity, searches, submitted requests and contact clicks. Checkout names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery addresses are not included in Google Analytics event parameters. Private order and tracking pages are excluded. We filter URL parameters and omit email- or phone-like search text from analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer; choosing Essential only reloads the page to stop loaded tags.
Sharing
We use delivery riders or couriers to fulfil orders, an email provider for confirmations, and hosting providers to store the website. Analytics and advertising providers are used when you accept the relevant cookies. If you separately choose marketing consent, hashed contact details may be used for advertising measurement. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting the shop on the numbers listed on the contact page.
