Retail orders and wholesale quotations
When you place a priced retail order through checkout, the displayed final total is confirmed online and an order reference is issued. Cash payment is due when your parcel arrives. Wholesale quote forms and “Request Price” enquiries require a separate seller quotation and your agreement.
Prices
Prices are shown per pack in Pakistani rupees and may change without notice. If a price changes between adding an item and submitting, you will be asked to confirm the updated price. Items marked “Request Price” have no listed price and are quoted by the seller.
Availability
Retail checkout checks the current price and availability before accepting an order. Items marked “to be confirmed” or “Request Price” require an enquiry before purchase.

Descriptions of traditional ingredients and herbs are for general information only and are not medical advice. Images marked as illustrations are placeholders, not photographs of the actual product.
Payment and delivery
Online retail checkout uses cash on delivery and free delivery within Pakistan, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days. The delivery page explains working days and the order cutoff. Other payment or transport arrangements for a wholesale quotation are agreed separately.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, use automated tools against the site, or attempt to access other people’s orders. Tracking links contain a private token — do not share them publicly.
