7-day returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery in Pakistan for new, unused and undamaged items only. This policy applies to our bulk and retail orders.

How to arrange a return

Call or WhatsApp 0301 3002246 or 0300 8034174 within 7 days of delivery. Share your order reference and the items you want to return or exchange. Contact us before posting your parcel so we can confirm the return address and arrangements. You arrange the return shipment through a postal or courier service.

Return courier charges

You pay the return courier when arranging the shipment. Akbari Mandi Lahore reimburses the courier charge for eligible returns. Contact us first to arrange this reimbursement.

Refunds and exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. We issue refunds immediately when eligible returned items reach us. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the money in your account. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Outbound delivery

Retail orders placed through online checkout include free delivery in Pakistan. Separate wholesale transport arrangements are stated in your quotation before you accept it.

Cancelling or changing an order

Before dispatch you can cancel or change an order free of charge — call or WhatsApp with your order reference. After dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Wrong or damaged items

Check your order on delivery or at pickup. If something is missing, wrong or damaged, tell the rider or shop staff immediately, or WhatsApp a photo with your reference the same day so it can be resolved.
