Description

Gram Flour (Besan) — Akbari Mandi Lahore. Besan is chickpea or gram flour, used in pakora batter, kadhi and sweets. It is a pulse flour, unlike wheat maida, and behaves differently when mixed with liquid. A fine flour disperses through batter while whole chana and chana dal remain separate grain forms; match the ingredient, not just the yellow colour. Form: ground. Listed packs: 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg.
